The perennial problem across the world.

Are the women (especially around here) doing it on purpose? Do they actually wake up in the morning, planning, "I know. I'm gonna wear red brassiere underneath sheer white top!" or deciding that bra straps are the best way to break the view of shoulders in tank tops and spaghetti straps?

And do they even realise that what they are showing is an eyesore?

(OK men may enjoy the free show but come on, it's got to be tasteful!)

I'm a guy, but I've always believed that less can be more.

On a semi-related note:

Some of the tarts walking around Raffles and Suntec must get dressed by Stevie Wonder in the morning; they look a mess and are surely just desperate for attention wearing what they do. They are constantly pulling down their skirts and adjusting their tops. And as for getting out of taxi's - well that makes for interesting watching....
