Hey,

What does an expat with 3-4 yrs of work experience in the FMCG sector earn in Singapore?

If they are lucky, maybe 2000/month. Just enough to get an S pass. Of course, what you didn't say could make a difference. Lot's of positions & levels in the industry. Expats from Asian countries make less than western expats. Getting a job in the industry may be difficult as it's not there aren't any suitably qualified locals for those positions. You will be hard pressed to find a position of any import that couldn't be filled locally, therefore MOM would probably nix any EP application.

But, having said that, don't let that stop you from trying. Who knows, stranger things have happened.
