Question for renewing re-entry permit

I have some inquiry regarding my Re-entry permit renewal. My (REP) will be expired next year 2013 March, i planning to renew it by october this year (understand we can renew it within 6 months before expiration date) and now I am in a midst of accepting offer by an foreign company which not register in Singapore.

However, this company allow me to work from home in Singapore. Only upon some special occasion then will need me to have a business trip there. Is there any restrictions to accept this kind of offer while I am more concern about my PR status here. As I have my HDB and family here.

I will continue to make CPF contribution and all others if required to maintain my PR status. But if i accept this offer, mean from next month onwards to October i have 7 months without employ by singapore register company, will it affect when due to expired?

What dates did you work for this new company?

What dates did you work for your previous company, and were they in Singapore?

Sorry for the confusing. Please see the point forms as following:

Re-entry Permit Expire Date - 2013 March (but i can renew it from October 2012 onwards).

Dates for the new company - Start in April 2012 (if i accept the offer)

Date for previous company - I'm still working in current company (Singapore). Will only tender when i accept the offer.

CPF contribution is not a prescursor of REP renewal approval but Income tax in SG is.
As long as you live here, work here, pay tax here your REP will be renewed
It does not matter where you work location is .

Well, I am sure your dates are different and your case is different, why not tell what your situation is ?
