Actually I thought I was in this one:
But I think that they have the wrong year. I arrived in Singapore in June of 82 and went to the National Day celebration at the Padang and I took a number of pictures, this being one of them. I think the above photo might be from '81 or 83. as the background behind the bleachers were different.
