Is it possible to rent out our car here?
We are unable to sell so is it legal to rent out?

Simple answer is no.

There is an in depth discussion though but there are penalties if you get caught!

You can rent it out, but only on weekends and public holidays.

why are you unable to sell it? COEs are still close to their peak.

I think is best to sell your car now, as the COE is very high now and u can fetch a good price for your car.
