My sad student visa rejection story

1. this college applied to ICA for my student pass but with mistakes in my previous qualification name and without any bank statement. They never told me ICA would need bank records

2. after 15 days I got update that ICA requires more doc (my passport, study/job docs and bank statement. except for bank records I had given other 3 already to college.

3. I requested college to make corrections in my application. they said they have spoken to ICA and its ok (like ICA works on mere personal talks)

4. day number 30 my application is rejected

my question is

1. why did this college go to ICA with my application with errors in my form and without adequate documents?

2. due to last hour rush, I had to show funds in my accounts only for 2 or 3 days and hence my statement looked like i had inadequate funds

3. i never saw any corrections made even after I requested

can I reappeal?

Private Institution needs to be an approved educational entity by MOE, ICA etc.. Some them are very dodgy. You are questioning ask something we have no clue on how your private college. The fact is it got rejected and that is about it. If you are winding up , please direct it to the correct person

Would it be advisable to apply for a new student pass (for another college offering me a short term full time course) within 1 week of previous student pass reject?

I do not know. You can try , it does not hurt but just be prepared for rejection

Student pass is fishy. It is used to enter Singapore and get married to a Singaporean. So if the institute you apply is not reputed or if your finance is not sound, minimum chance.

Which college is it ? You have a maximum 3 times to appeal as i was told by a Student recruitment agent .

I am having a problem in applying a student pass .My student pass was rejected and I have also made an appeal once .

Here are the possible reason on why my student pass got rejected

-Jobs issue (because i was holding a work permit before applying student pass for the second round changed job 4 times )
-Missing Documents
- Wrong dates and input of data
-Bank Statements to prove that i am financial able to pay my course fee
-Attendance issue with my ex school (maybe. Tried to check but the school said no reports )

I am also at lost here because I am still convince that there are missing documents. Because my school said that there wont be any issue when that happens . I saw the admin been putting N.A on an (*) on the SOLAR + system . I checked with a friend that i was in school at the time so I don't think attendance is the problem .

I wont be surprise if that was the case . Attendance maybe at that time I was MIA due to the Work Permit application it took almost a whole day .

Since my school cant do it properly I decided to shift back to my ex school since they screwed my student pass application big time. A Student agent warn me you only have 3 times to appeal after that .THAT'S IT No more .

Can someone please help .... or got into the same situation .
