I thought you just said (here: http://forum.singaporeexpats.com/ftopic85896.html) that you have a job offer already? So which one is true?

The offer must've been withdrawn then. :-|

HI Mi Amigo and nakatago,

You are correct. I was in a dilemma whether to take that offer or not. I thought that offer might be fake as I got a reply for the previous thread that PR is something an individual should apply. SO why then should the company offer me one?? Thinking on this I guessed the offer must be a fraudulent one!!!! SO I posted a new thread asking for any other offer..... !!!!

It is neither Bombay nor Calcutta. It is a different place. Capital of the state Tamil Nadu, India.

OK, but having these two threads running in parallel creates a kind of 'split personality' impression. But moving on...

Your best bet is to read up on this forum and elsewhere about the types of passes that apply to various job levels (hint: MOM), and also on the general approach to finding a job in Singapore. This has all been discussed in great detail on this illustrious forum. That's not to say that finding a job (and then, your prospective employer securing an Employment Pass) will be easy - it won't.

You might possibly be lucky with your appeal above for "any other offer" but I think that's a very long shot. Best to use the standard approach of searching the all the job sites (Google is your friend) and making targetted applications for the openings that are a genuine match to your knowledge and experience. Check the other recent posts in this section for more discussion about that.

Good luck.
