perhaps you should go down ICA to enquire about it. Sometimes they pending its due to some reason.

you can just call them up @6391 6100 and ask for the status update of ur PR status. They will inform you of the status,if rejected, they will not give the reasons why though n if approved, they will tell you when they have posted out the letter to you.

I am in the same boat as you. I applied since April 2011 and have not heard anything since. Online status shows Pending. Last week I "tried" to revive the application by sending them my 2012 tax estimate and company bonus land promotion etter to show that there has been improvement in my financial circumstances. But apart from that, I don't know what else to do...

This is getting dragged for too long  . Can anyone share if they have a similar story? Thanks

I sent them by post. Could have gone to the ICA myself but i thought that would make no difference.

I called ICA subsequently and the customer service person said if I-enquiry has "Pending" status then my application is still in the hands of the Processing Unit, and even the customer service person cannot see whether the application has been processed or not. So just need to wait some more... :(

Hi Brad,

I'm relocating to Singapore and applying SPR soon with my Singaporean Spouse as sponsor. Would you mind to share if you are applying SPR with LTVP/ work permit or something else?

You can apply for LTVP first and settle down with your SG wife. Then on apply for SPR. Meantime you can look for job and change yoru LTSVP to EP .
Your LTSVP is a priority as ICA may issue from 3 months to 5 years pass depending on your background. Wife must be able to support you with a min. income of $3K per month is one of the criteria
Before it is easier to get SPR with a SG spouse . Some applied prior arrival to SG and got it. Now , I am not so sure about this route.
