Playdate for 4 year old girl and 2 year old boy

Post by Alli Barker » Mon, 20 Feb 2012 2:00 pm

Hi,

We moved to Singapore from Australia in December for a temporary relocation until May. My daughter who is 4 had just started kindy in Australia but as we were only here for a short period we decided not to send her to a preschool in Singapore. Is anyone with a 4 - 5 year old keen to meet up for some play dates (happy to do mornings or afternooons if it needs to be after school). She seems to be surrounded by 2 year olds but I think some older children her own age to play with would be great for her. She is social and loves to play and have fun :-)

Hello Alli,

We moved here end January, and my nearly 5 yo son goes to preschool except Wednesdays, therefore we can meet up a Wednesday if you like. He does not mind playing with girls, as long as they like to run, play outside, swim or play in the water.

My daughter is almost 2 years old, she could play with your son I guess.

Regards,
Celine

Hi Celine,

A play date sounds wonderful and my daughter certainly fits your sons requirements for a play with a girl :-)

We live near Clarke Quay and unfortunately don't have a car yet. I am not sure where you are situated but thought we could meet at Jacob Ballas playground for a climb in the tree house and a splash in the water park. Sounds like a great way for kids to be introduced!

Or we just went to the zoo yesterday and bought an annual pass so happy to meet there as well if you are keen for animal watching and play in the water park.

I tried to pm you my email but I can't because I don't have enough posts. So here is my email [email protected]

I look forward to hearing from you. Sorry about the late reply....we went to Bintan Island last week

Regards,

Alli

Hi alli,

We would love to meet up with you! I have recently moved for
Sydney with my 4 yr old daughter and 3 yr old son.

They are really missing friends from kindy and I could do with a friendly face too! I can't message you as I am a new user, but perhaps you could email me? [email protected]

Thanks!

Emma
