Masters in Counselling course

Post by mehtahemali » Sat, 18 Feb 2012 6:27 pm

Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone has completed the masters in counseling course from Monash. Apparently Kaplan conducts the Monash course here in Singapore. I am very keen to take up a part time course in counseling and wanted to get a sense of whether this course is good and ther are any career prospects after completing this course. Any information/feedback on the course would be helpful.

Thanks

Hi, I'm interested in this question too.

I'm wondering about the masters counselling course offered by ECTA (issued by Swineburne University) and how this compares to that of the Monash counselling course conducted by Kaplan.

How easy is it to find counselling related jobs or practicum experience after? From what I know, the school doesn't arrange for us and we have to find our own placements...

Would anyone be able to share from their experiences? Thanks in advance!
