I NEED HELP !WHO CAN SOLVE MY PROBLEM?

Postby nerd_nerd92 » Fri, 17 Feb 2012 4:31 pm

My mother is a Singapore PR,so she is my spouser.

I had already application for Permanent Residence in Singapore at 20 years old.Reason i almost 21 years old which birthday on January 25 .I birth in Singapore .

I already sent my PR application form on 17 August 2011 but wait until now 10 February 2012 still did not receive any letter. So,My mum call the ICA, they ask her to check on the online website. She have already check the website but the status :Withrawn....How could it be?My mum did not receive any letter from the ICA which my mum rent a small room from the house owner

The next day--13February 2012,my mum and i go to ICA to check the outcome. The ICA told us that have already sent to us on December 2011.The officer inform us to write a letter to the ICA officer and new place address .

Today---17 February 2012,my mum have already receive the letter. The letter state that the ICA have sent 3 letters on NOVEMBER,DECEMBER AND JANUARY.But my mum has already call the ICA before on December but the ICA say still "In Processing".How could it be sent on November..

I think the house owner did not gives the letters to my mum which the ICA had send 3 letters

So now,I am very angry and headache :x :???:The ICA told my mum that reply again the PR but me already reach 21 years old...How can like that 1 ??Where got rent a small room did not give letter box key 1 AH.... :x
SO NOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM???

I think you are still eligible for the PR application since you applied before 21 years old.

I am more concern on 3 letters sent by ICA; did they send APPROVAL LETTER and because the approval letter only valid for 2 months; and you miss it. Hence, the application is withdrawn now?

You can appeal this and write it down about your situation.

I think ICA had already give the approved letter ....The ICA ask me to refer the letter dated 04 nov 2011 and 03 dec 2011.But this two letter did not receive it at all..

My mum rent a small room, she has already inform the owner that the letter will sent to it ...the house owner dont want to give the letter box key cause the reason why my mum did not receive the letter at all.....

So how to solve

I imagine they would use better English if they wrote the letter!

TODAY I RECEIVE IT FROM THE ICA STATE THAT:

1)Refer my letter dated 4 nov 2011 and 01 dec 2011----(Did not receive the 2 of the letters at all)

2)ICA regret to inform me that they are unable to proceed with my application as i am unable to provide the requested documents. Thus ,my PR application is treated as withrawn.

Now they want me to submit a fresh application for their consideration when i am able to produce the required documents..BUt how leh....i now reach 21 years old still can reply again meh????

I already write a explain letter to ICA on 13 February 2012 but it show that enclosed is a copy of their dated on 01 Jan 2012.

As a Malaysian, and assuming you are Chinese, getting a PR, even if it means re-applying again, should be no problem for you.
