Nope. Not without getting a job offer first. The company has to apply for the work visa, not you. No job prospect, no visa. Lose your job, lose your visa. This isn't Canada or Aus. No dole either.

Actually, local diploma holders here have the same qualifications and work for less than 2K here. It's doubtful, with your qualifications, that you would be approved for a work visa even if you found a company willing to hire you. It sucks, but that's the way it is.

Actually, being familiar with a lot of those certifications, two thoughts at each of you:

1) OP, Why does a "Systems Analyst" have so many advanced network certifications, and CEH? More importantly than your certificates, how many years experience do you have? How much money do you make now per month?

2) SMS, Actually those certificates, especially CCIE and there abouts are rather advanced and take a while to accumulate. I'd be shocked if someone could accumulate all of those in five years, at which point I'd be doubly shocked that they could *afford* to get them on 2k/month, or that a company only paying someone 2k/month would outlay that kind of cash for an employee they obviously don't value.
