PR Application - Right time to apply

Hi Friends

Would like to get some suggestions based on the following info to apply for PR .

Planning to apply for whole family under PTS scheme
Male Indian 43
Working as Project Control Manager on P1
Company - Engineering, Procurement and Construction- Oil & Gas
M. Sc. and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications
In sg for 6 months
Experience : 16 Years in Europe, Middle East, South America
Salary > 96000 per year

Wife : Indian 39
Not Working
Graduate
Son 8 yrs Primary 4 in April 2012
Daughter 6 Yrs Prinmary 2 in April 2012

Any comments on best time to aply for PR and chances?

Hi! JINGLES,

How come your Son 8 yrs old already Primary 4 and Daughter 6 Yrs old is in Primary 2. Are they gifted children or it is India education system that children start schooling earlier? just curious, coz SG education system 8 yrs is in P2.

calmhappy, it would seem that they aren't in Primary 2 & 4 but in Primary 1 & 3. See the start dates for 2 & 4 in the OP earlier post.

calmhappy - Hope you got it right now.
They are neither gifted children nor studied in India.
Currently they are studying in an International School where they joined in primary 3 and primary 1.
I am not sure about the current education systen in India as I am out of India for the last 16 years.
During my school days, at the age of 3 - Lower KG, age of 4 - Upper KG and age of 5 - Classs 1.
