I am a Q1 Employement pass holder in singapore . I plan to apply my singapore PR .

What are my chances of getting PR and when is the best time since im on EP since 2 Months .

According the most recent version of the PDF published by MOM that we have access to, 71.49% chance if you apply next Tuesday between 3pm and 4:45pm.

My Details : Q1 Employement Pass
Wife : PR Holder past 14 years
Child : 2 Months old on LTVP

I plan to apply spouse PR along with my 2 Months old child .

Do i need to fill a separate application or just 1 application with me being the main applicant .

We both have Fin Number since i am on EP and child is on LTVP .

Please advise

High chance for the kid, if your wife will take citizenship. You can try after 5 years since she get citizenship.
