lost & found?

Hi,

fortunately, I did not lose something: I found some keys on the street yesterday night and would love to do everything right to give the poor guy who lost them a chance to get them back.... I googled a bit and it seems that every taxi company, smrt, changi and pretty much every shopping center have their own lost&found... but I could not find anything central that also covers all public ground. (so if I lose something I would need to know where I lost it, which is rubbish...)

I found those keys on the street, where do I bring them to?
