Did I mention why some guys don't care about littering ? the excuse was, if there no litter, then the garbage guys / cleaners will be jobless. And littering helps keep their job .. so how to translate that then ??

I've heard that excuse from Singaporeans. Likely the same ones then bitching about too many FW

And just from what I saw in Bangalore alone on MG Road... There should be zero unemployment in all of India! I think the only clean place I saw was Bhubaneswar.
