The Two Guys who have jumped bail here .....

Post by Barnsley » Fri, 10 Feb 2012 4:16 pm

Saw this story on the front of The New Paper today.

Will the Govt put the pressure on the companies they work for to get the guys to come back and stand trial?

Will there be any negative implications for the companies they work for?

i.e. when it comes to issuing future Employment passes?

The guy who got sentenced, how does the sentence affect his continuing employment in Singapore?

Does commiting an offence here guarantee EP rejection come renewal time?
Life is short, paddle harder!!

Normally, they get deported. So, yeah, I guess you could say that would impact the ability to get or continue to keep an employment pass.

How high was the bond for these muppets? Maybe it's better for the country to keep the money than feed such clowns for a few weeks at the expense of the tax-payer.

...when the attackers finally decided to flee the scene. Mr Wong followed the men as he felt that, “they could kill someone that night.”
