Thanks for the info SE.

I would think that the $2000 SGD that Janus asks for as a refundable nominee director bond fee seems quite low relative to the risk.

I plan to visit Singapore in July to set up everything there. Are there any other tips you think I should keep in mind / research before heading over?

If you buy a property that's tenanted, what are the chances that the tenant will move? What's a fair compensation to the tenant?

It depends on the TA wording and remaining lease.

If TA does not address sale of property then you have to rely on the TA cancellation of lease...
