Buy a custom made wooden crate/box. Big luggages

Hi everybody,
I need to have a custom made wooden box (crate) for my Guzheng (chinese string instrument). British Airways allow you to travel with long instruments. Anybody knows who can make me one not too expensive?

Also, I am looking for very large luggages. British Airways have an incredible allowance of 90cm x 43 cm x 75 cm.

I have been phoning around but the biggest I found is 32" and the other 2 dimensions are quite small.
