As all phones in Singapore are sold unlocked, it's likely that there are none (or very few) unlocking services in Singapore. I've never needed one, not sure if anyone else can assist.

One option would be to go to one of these small mobile phone repair shops, they'd be the most likely to do this.

I too second that ..

Head to phone shops, who have their own service centers, yes, there are very active parallel support centers in Singapore, supporting the parallel importers ... they can always refresh the firmware and fix your lock ..

And your best bet is to go to Sim Lim Square (not tower) to find the most of those shops in one spot.

If you bought your BB in the UK, and you have completed your contract per the terms, your original UK BB carrier should be able to unlock it for you over the phone. You just need your phone's imei number.

I would be a bit vary of the phone shops in Sim Lim .. and don't leave your phone there .. there have been enough cases of Sim Lim fellows doing strong arm techniques when the deals fall through ..

My colleague suggested a place in China town to me when I was looking to unlock my UK Orange HTC Desire HD. Don't have any experience of the place, and can't offer you any more information (I went with an online unlocking service) but you could search online for phone shops in China town too.

if your BB is from vodafone or o2, i think you can get it unlock from them for free if the terms of your contract has finished. t-mobile/orange and three i think is £15.
