Adult English classes in East Coast area?

Can anyone recommend any adult English language classes in the East Coast area? Closer to Marine Parade the better. This is for the mother in law; She's here for a while, so we're thinking something a few hours 3-5 times a week would be ideal. Looking to extend rather broken english to at least be able to carry on basic conversations. Say, what a merchant in the hawker center can do
