Babe, it's better to be in the morning slot.. Because by afternoon the interviewers are very tired le.. and i'm the last.. Imagine asking and hearing almost the "same" answer for 2 solid days.

IIRC, the cabin crew manager mentioned that they will send all to London if the numbers are 20 and below. If more than 20 clear all rounds, including medical and background check, they will send the "top 20" over and remaining candidates will be informed of their KIV status.

The top 20 candidates will be rated based on scores for all 3 rounds. Apparantly she mentioned that for each rounds, candidates are given ratings/scores.

Training is also in October instead of September.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi johova, that is to my understanding as well. Kiv waiting will not be more than a year. Btw, I understand average hrs clock per trip approximate to 125? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!

I dun think they are hiring 20. I think the 20 is just an example kelly was giving.

Average hours could be more than 125 cos they did mention some trips could be 10-12days :)

Not sure what's the final figure, taking into consideration the KIV list from previous recruitment. :)

Bond? I only heard she mentioned that it's a one year employment contract. If you are good they will renew it on a yearly basis.

i believe all airlines will require bond for their crew due to the high investment cost spent on training. havent heard of any airline that do not require bond.

surprisingly, nothing was mentioned about the bond except for the contract renewal part. maybe BA sg based crew are not requried to serve bond, IMHO
