Hello people!!

I think round 2 includes a briefing by the management on what contract they are giving, some information about BA. Then, the will be group discussion to see how we interact with each other (topic given, then present ideas together as a group) then a maths calculation test (calculator provided). Hope this helps! Read it from previous BA cabin crew recruitment thread!

Oh, results will be announced on the day itself to know if gotten in round 3! X_X

Im on Thursday, 3pm too.

Great to know that results will be announced on the same day so we can start making preparations for the next interview if selected.

It is so stressful applying for leave week after week and boss is asking if Im going for interview

If not selected at least we know that we should move on and not wait for the call

think the 2nd interview is like this: 1st group exercise, we r given a topic to discuss in a gp, the interviewer wants to see how we interact with each other, 2nd simple math test with a calculator, 3rd interaction with management, then elimination. we will know on the spot if we make it to 3rd round. I havent actually been to BA interview before but thats why i gather from reading others' postings.
