Slimming Centre Experiences?

Post by msgloria » Fri, 03 Feb 2012 2:08 pm

Hi people! I'm thinking of going for slimming treatments to get in shape for my wedding in October. As I'm a total newbie at slimming stuff, I'm wondering if you can share your experiences at slimming centres with me, like what to expect and stuff?

I'm eyeing Marie France Bodyline as it looks really classy and I've read many positive reviews about it (and there's an MFB outlet near my house!), so do tell me whether you think I should go there or not! :D

Only if you have more money than brains. Slimming centres are the biggest wastes of money I've ever seen. Don't believe the adverts. And they'll skin you alive for more and more treatments. Just eat properly and exercise anything else is just temporary.

Hi,
Instead of going to slimming center, I am wearing reshaping undergarment. I found it effective. At first I wanted to slim my bottom, but After wearing, I even get bonus that is my constipation problem has been solved n it helps to detox... Yeah! :D
