Dear all,

Is that a need of QUALIFIED COMPANY SECRETARY to be appointed for COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE ? Is this require by Act?

Strange question for somebody with a business in (according to the website mentioned in your profile) setting up companies for others.
I would not engage such a business that doesn't know or can find the answer to this question by themselves (without asking strangers on a forum)!
