Don't recall her taking more than maybe 2 days MC (total) over the last 6 odd years. Meanwhile all the rest of the family seem to drop like flies. 'Man-flu'... you thought it a Western phenomenon jeez do a study on my family!? lol
Like my former place, a girl used to ensure she used up all her MC .. and come second year of her work, she was terminated and when she challenged the admin/HR, the answer was she is always SICK !! If she had chosen to sue, She couldn't have gone far burning bridges with the HR as the industry is very small ..
