Good bilingual (English/ Chinese) preschool in East area?

Post by skytree09 » Mon, 30 Jan 2012 11:18 am

Hi,
I'm looking for a English-Chinese bilingual system school for my kids. (5yr & 2yr)
Does anyone know this kind of preschool/kindergarten?
Anyone's help is much appreciated!

I've answered this question at least twice, so maybe you should start by trying to search the forum, rather than just asking wildly, there has been discussion on this and it would be more gratifying for you to see the opposing views rather than one or two people.

I put my kids in to Pat's School House - I wouldn't recommend it, they poisoned my daughter and the bullies in my son's class were never properly dealt with.

Hi Skytree
My son has been going to Pats Schoolhouse since march 2010. Im extremely satisfied with the school. Coming from an absolute non Chinese speaking background, my son can converse fluently & confidently in Mandarin now. He can read & write quite a bit. It's a kindergarten where kids have a lot of fun, the teachers are nice, experienced & very warm & caring. The overall curriculum is great with very well planned extended day activities as well You should definitely consider. There are two branches in the east. One at Katong & another @ Siglap. My son has made great friends & looks forward to going to school everyday. They do have a long waitlist though.
