Hi,
My friend was fined for littering in Singapore. He is a foriegner holding work visa.
Is there any issue for him in his employment later like getting EP approved from MOM.
Please help.

Probably not, just don't make the same mistake twice.
I was fined for jaywalking once, I just settled the fine and it didn't affect my ltsvp or ep.
