Not always true :D The time I was stuck inside the Chancery, I always saw a dozen plus plus plus people waiting for the Visa interview .. and it was so every day of the week I was there ..

Well, it turns out that Singaporeans going to US for studies need to get visa, and, apart from that, almost everybody living in Singapore / working in Singapore, to get a visa, end up in the US Embassy .. :)

Oh, I also know that the US Embassy reject a visa for a Singaporean for study visa ..

BTW not all Emiratis are rich.

For $5 million placed in Government Bond , you can have the PR or SG Citizenship in no time.
