GoDaddy .. or if you don't mind the warning, get a free trial one from Thawte .. and upon expiry, unless you are running webservice calls, will still work ..

The missing piece of the puzzle is that the IPs are also not from SG. Waiting from May, yes, this is an interesting thing but on the other hand it happens many times that the posts are deleted and the accounts not get suspended (also for foreign IPs) so it could be these were not their only posts to this forum.
