too short means like piggy nose? It will go down as the swelling goes away.

Hmm, i'm not really sure lei. When i did mine 3 months, it looks a bit piggy. The bridge is not straight, i mean like it will slant up abit near the tip area because the tip swells the most. When the swelling goes down, it becomes straight. My nose tip is still abit swollen after 3 months, you have to be patient. I think i'm going to do alarplasty in a few years time, i want to totally hide my nostril.

Im afraid maybe Yes. That happened to me before. My surgeon was a young lady maybe she didnt have enough experience obviously, the implant she gave me was short, I think short means the implant is small, you would see the implant is short after the bandages comes off cuz its sticking out beneath the skin just in between the eyes right? Thats what happened to me.

So what I did i went back to the surgeon and told her its sticking out then she said so you have a big nose. I was like you should know that duh. So there she said shell revise it for free. You better get it revised as soon as possible since the scar tissue will harden i think after several weeks so better do the revision maybe lesthan a week from the day your bandages were removed.

So there my surgeon revised it but It was still ugly. The implant is not straight its pointing to the right side and its quite big and its obviously looks fake. So I came back again to the surgeon then after that she made a lot of excuses telling my nasal bridge is not straight thats why my implant is not straight, if she told me that in the first place I wouldnt have gotten it from the start. so after that I didnt do anymore revision rhino. I got quite traumatized. My nose looks obviously fake but its not that bad its quite tolerable. Its been 3 years since I have this rhino and now im thinking to try again. If Ill revise it Ill definitely go to Tokai clinic, with dr pat, since I just had 3 procedures there 3 days ago. I had chin aug, eyebag removal and chin aug. Im still swelling but looking at the mirror I love my results already. I was suppose to do revision rhino also but I have a sore throat and Phlegm so I didnt do it cuz it will get infected cuz phlegm is actually bacterial infection. But i thought maybe after several months ill come back to Tokai clinic and finally do my nose. He does have experience and I saw one of his nurse he did her nose it looks really natural and cute. So there maybe ill update you when I get my nose done in tokai.

Hope all goes well with your rhinoplasty. My advice I think you should get it redone while its still early. And dont let the surgeon who did that to you do the revising, it just shows he/she is not experienced enough to do a good job.

Really? mine took like 30 minutes only and I was awake while the doc was doing it. but not painful. I dont know why it took 3-4 hrs your surgery did you just have implant? or did you got other stuff like tiipplasty? As far as I know a simple rhinoplasty w silicon only takes like an hour.

If he only gave you a silicon implant and it took 3-4 hours ill be worried. Cuz you just need to insert the implant in the nose and thats it. Check first about this prof if he has good experience in rhino before you agree for them to revise your rhino.

yeah i know what you mean i got phobia also after 2 ugly rhinoplastys i had before, but I think we just went to the wrong doc, theres just a lot of good docs out there just need to research and know who. you can get rhino again as long as you find a good doctor its going to be fine. Ill get my revision rhino in Tokai clinic in bangkok maybe 1-2 months from now, cuz I think dr pat is indeed well experienced so I do have trust and confidence in him.

No la, rhinoplasty 3-4 hours is normal. It's not just put in the implant so simple, for some patients, the surgeon have to shave or even break your nose if necessary to make the nose looks symmetrical etc etc. Mine took almost 3 hours, the doctor did alot of things on my nose, shaving, breaking my bones, and even took cartilage from my ear.

Hmm, to me, i only feel the needles are a pain in the ass. Other than that, the surgery was quite comfortable. And 2k is considered dam cheap already, but u have to make sure he is more professional than your doc.

If it is this serious, better do it asap..but try to find someone experienced to do it for you. Better find the best if u can afford, never ever go for the cheaper option if u don't wanna risk redoing again and again.
