I saw the thread when the OP made the first post but have only been able to catch up with it just now. I had my druthers when I first wrote but didn't have the time to respond.

Having just read the entire thread, I am of the opinion that the OP already has the answers he wants. He had them before he made his first post. It sounds to me that he craves approval, but all keep giving him a reality which he isn't prepared to accept. So it doesn't matter how much information from the ground here we dispense to him. It appears he's already planned on not looking at any realistic answers. He's only looking for sympathetic answers approving of his naive plans.

Me? I'll just say good luck. You are going to need it.
