need some general help

Hi everybody:),

I'm just new her and! I need little advice. I'm trying to get the
word out about my company to bloggers with a public relations company..
but I don't know how much they charge..
So while i was searching the web and found this guy

firm??? Anybody have any experience or know any body you can advice me
to?
