Can a S pass holder continue pregnancy and work without getting married?

That depends on the employer. But having the child in Singapore will not give the baby any rights to stay here. They may give the baby a dependents pass or an ltvp but that's the best you can hope for. If the employer will not continue to employ you then you are out of luck. Based on your other posts, I'd say you have a problem.
