Park Infinia Experience

Post by stueyhall » Thu, 12 Jan 2012 12:21 pm

Gday everyone, just wanted to see if any of the expats out there who might be currently living or have lived at the Park Infinia condo can share their experience? I've been doing a bit of research and visited about a dozen condos in the Novena/Newton area and feel this one seems to be just about right for what my wife and my newborn son (from May!) will need.

From my inspection it seems the facilities are fantastic, the layout is good, the apartments are good (we are in the 2br range), the location is good and the community seems excellent for a newly arrived expat family. It does have 400+ units though...

Would like to hear from anyone with 1st hand experience whether the facilities get really crowded (pool, gym, common areas), if its noisy or anything else you might have found relelvent for someone looking to sign a lease there.

Also the open kitchen theme seems to me (Australian view) a little odd. Doesn't it allow flies, insects or any other wildlife or neighbours cooking, noise to easily make its way into your place? Not to mention the heat? I know, if you cant handle the heat... what wrong with the old extraction fan?

Cheers guys
