Time line for PEP processing

H i all. may i get information on how much time would it take for the PEP application manual.

Mine took 5 weeks. Some of them got it within 2 weeks. So, anytime between 2-6 weeks?

And what does MOM say, when you send in ? don't they say 'between 2 weeks to .. ' ???
