PR application

Post by jaywalker » Thu, 05 Jan 2012 11:28 pm

Hi all,

My wife plans to apply for PR. She is a PhD from NUS, currently working in ABC with 1.5 months contract left. She is looking for job in parallel, but so far no success. In case she can not manage an EP within next 1.5 month, she has to take social visit pass because of my condition. What do you think is it advisable to apply PR now? Because PR application outcome may take 2-6 months, in the mean time she may hold a social visit pass. Is that social visit pass going to create problem in PR application?

Thanks in advance!
