Hey guys, My spass had been rejected on 29 of Nov, The reason is lack of information(Company Information), So my boss help me appeal on the 7 of Dec, However, until now I still cant receive any update from MOM, I am so worry!!! And I have been here for 10 years...since Secondary 1! I am an EPEC holder last time!

Thus I pray for myself everyday!!sad!!!MOM don't like me!!

I have the same problem as you!

My pass was rejected on 29 Nov 2011 and appeal was sent out on 30 Nov 2011. But until today, I haven't got the appeal result~

Have you got the result today?

You cannot appeal. Only the employer can appeal and if they are happy with the S pass, you have two options. Work with the S pass or quit.
