Hi all, i understand that in order to do some kinds of business such as recruitment agency, business owners need to get license after the company is registered.
I'm in a special situation where the mother company requests me to register Singapore company within this month however I can only take to course and test next month and then apply for license earliest in March.
Will it be possible? just register for the Company first but will not do any business until get the license? Is there is any regulations on this?
Much appreciate any advices.
