I am thinking of coming back to Singapore (I spent 9 months there before moving back to Australia) on a permanent basis this year. However I have not been successful in finding a job thus far. I've heard that there's this new thing called the Personalised EP. Can someone tell me more about it, as I understand the requirements are even more stringent? All I know is that it allows you to remain in Singapore and look for a job without being affiliated or beholden to any one employer.
Does anyone currently have one?
