Price of renting a condo in Singapore

I am moving to Singapore next week and I am looking for a condominium for 3 persons. I would like to know how much is the rental for this type of condo, near a MRT station if possible.

The prices will vary depending on the location and project that you are going for.
For instances, if you work in the Central Business District and you would like to find a place near town, prices are easily $5k-$15k.
If you are looking at the outskirts of town, it will definitely be lower in price. Eg: $4k-$8k

The condition, size and age of the place are also factors to consider.
