Hi
I would be relocating to singapore and my budget is around 3.5k to 4k to get a 2BR
condo. What area would you recomend East coast or nearer to the CBD.

Maybe search the forums or give us some more information. That will dictate the kind of area you want to live in. I love the easy coast, but I know others that love CBD area.....

My daughter's school could be either in East coast or near the CBD area and I think that should primarily govern where I stay.....but again if I get decent accomodation in the other part of the town I am ok to live a little far away as well.
My budget is ~3,5k and I need at least a 2BR
condo with some good ammenities.
please suggest some good apprtment complexes in both the areas.

Have you asked any real estate agents, that would seem the obvious thing to do?

With your budget, it is certainly not a problem looking for even a 3 bed room full facility
condo in the East Coast which is a very nice and convenient area to live in. If near or in CBD, then it may seem a bit more tricky.

Condos beside MRT with malls are super ex!
You may get the convenience but usually crowded and not a peaceful living environment.
