Crossfit

Post by stueyhall » Tue, 27 Dec 2011 4:50 pm

Are there any decent Crossfit gym setups around here? The 2 that I can find on google don't overly impress me particularly on the cost front...

Cheers

i know this is an older thread, but did you ever find a decent Crossfit program? I'm currently looking too and I'm in the same situation. :-|

nope.

There seems to be 2-3 affiliated boxes around here but they are out in the burbs and not that conveniant to where Im living so I just went with a traditional gym.

plus the photos and videos were not that impressive of te quality and standard of what you get for the prices advertised on their sites,

check the website they run in different locations in Singapore, morning and evening session, they are really tough, fun and it's a great way to meet and bound with new people with the same passion. a totally different environment than the gym.

@maneshba pls be careful when typing out the url. A very closely spelt url was kicked out by my anti-virus as an unsafe site. The moderator corrected it for you.
