Electric motorcycle

We want to import an electric scooter(look alike Vespa)
Do I need a license to drive this scooter in Singapore?

IIRC, registration/COE/etc is needed so a license is also required to operate it...

but not with motorized bicycles (with speeds/power below a certain level).

I believe it 200 Watts maximum.

This is cool! But I think you'll only be able to use this in very restricted places. Not on road, neither on pavements.

ok u're right. I was reading the LTA guideline on Segway Personal Transporter.
