Hi guys!

Newbie here, requesting for help with regards to applying for PR status. Would appreciate your input greatly!

I am 24, Malaysian Chinese, I graduated from NUS and had studied for 5 years. I am currently on Employment Pass and have been working in Singapore for 7 months, with a bond to my employer for a total of 6 years.

My first question is, having only worked for 7 months, I am unable to produce any income tax notice of assessment. Would this be a good time to apply for PR, or should i wait until i have worked for at least a year and have available all the necessary documents.

My second question is, in Form 4A, itis stated that they require "Photocopies of passport pages showing their personal particulars, official descriptions and Singapore immigration endorsements are required." Does anyone have any idea what that means?

Lastly, is there an added advantage if i were to ask my employer to sponsor my application as opposed to just filling up Annex A of Form 4A

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

No, it wouldn't be a good time. I think you pretty much answered this yourself with your next line, and know *when* you should apply (at a bare minimum)

They want to see Singapore passport chop.
