That's not the main problem.
What shocked me was that 258,000 out of those 371,000 were NOT even members of the EU or EEA!!!

The main problem is the UK Master degree holders haven't figured a way to track foreigners arriving in the UK! What muppet
Most of Europe have a 4 digit number for foreigners after their birthdate I know because i am one of them that must always quote my last 4 digits when corresponding with the Country I lived in!
