Is it suppose to be a SOP that SG employers will release a monthly payslip to each employees? I just moved to a new project and transfered my EP to this consulting firm who actually managing the team to deliver a project for a MNC client.
I'm working on the client's location everyday and my employer will just collect the timesheet and release the payroll to our bank every month but they never send us our payslip.
I once ask for it via email and it seems they have difficulty in producing the payslip.. is this a violation to the employment act or any MOM policies? because I'm not familiar if the employers are avoiding it for any reasons.. do you have any idea why they were acting like this?
