Hii all,there is only 1 account on my Sony Vaio and its running on Vista.I had put in a password ,which I have forgotten.There is no recovery disk created. I have tried checking on Sony's website and the only thing I can do is to do a recovery by pressing F8. But when I do that, after selecting the language, the screen appears for me to put in my password, and I cant go further than that.

please help and advise if there is anything else I can do.
