Hi,
Does anyone have any idea where to get a onesie pajama for adults in Singapore? I've been looking it up online but to no avail!

I don't know, but I'd guess you're using the wrong search term. I've seen them lots of places. Try Mothercare for a start.
Search: "sleeper" or "pyjama"

LOL My 9 mo. old son wears these to bed every night! Sorry, I can't help.

They sell fleece adults ones in Primark in the UK so if you know anyone going back there fore Christmas ask if they will bring some back for you. I would imagine they would be bit hot for here though.
The only other 'quirky' place that I can think of that would sell those things is Uni Qlo.

Have been searching for these too! They seem great for a slumber party
I found a onesie store that operates here in Singapore. You can try to look on lazada or Qoo10 as well.
Planning to get one from the store above, will let you know how it goes
