OIC, sorry I hadn't realised you had already applied for the LTVP.

I'd be inclined to e-mail ICA and ask them whether there is a need or facility to cancel a yet to be issued LTVP. I can't imagine it's a big deal not going through with it, but just for the sake of wrapping up loose ends.
